If the command is not recognized then HDT-SMP is not running and is probably not even loaded. This will most likely be due to a compatibility issue. Theres some mod that grants spells to switch people between smp and cbpc. Maybe it comes with cbbe-3ba?. Craigpercent27s list

If you look at CBP sources the code for physics simulation is very simple. SMP can attach physics to (almost) any bone. CBPC is just for a few predefined.
